Privacy and terms of use

Stays in your browser

SKU names, quantities, purchase costs, selling prices, freight amounts and any CSV file you import are processed in your browser. They are never sent to our server. Your current shipment is saved in this browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back; clearing site data removes it.

Sent when you look something up

Duty lookup: HTS code, country of origin, customs value for the line, entry date and transport mode. When automatic quotes are enabled, these fields are forwarded to our tariff data provider to price the line.
HTS code lookup: the code or text you search for. Code lookups are forwarded to the US International Trade Commission's HTS service.
Waitlist: your email address, approximate SKU count, the features you picked and whether we may contact you.

What we store and for how long

We do not store your raw IP address. Server logs record the endpoint, number of SKUs and failures, never the contents of a request. Usage statistics count events such as “calculation completed” or “CSV exported” without product names or amounts. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.

We do not send marketing emails. A waitlist entry is not an account and does not sign you up for anything.

Terms of use

Results depend on the inputs you provide and, for lookups, on third-party data at the time of the lookup. Check important figures with your customs broker before you rely on them.
The calculators do not classify products and are not customs, legal or tax advice.
Free lookups are limited per day. Please do not automate requests.
